From initial consultation, our design team creates a functional design and starts producing a working prototype based on the agreed product concept within 10 days.
Once a working prototype is available, it is sent to the client for verification. Adjustments are taken into account and modifications are made to adapt the client’s feedback.
A final mold for the fishing lures is completed based on the feedback from the sample between 30 to 45 days from consultation. Multiple molds are created based on the order quantity.
Complete injection molding process is conducted once the final molds are ready. High-quality molten material is injected into the molds and formed into parts of the fishing lures.
Parts are taken out of the mold and trimmed to remove excess material from the surface. The parts are then assembled and placed together using ultrasonic bonding machines for a tight and secure assembly.
After assembly and passing quality control standards, the fishing lures are packed on specifically-designated custom packaging and delivered to the clients via our network of logistics partners.
