Quality-Assured Standard Processes

With a focus on details, Rankofishing’s quality control team performs visual checks and tests during crucial parts of our fishing bait process.

Mold Making

The inner and outer surfaces of a mold must have a new and bright look without any defects

After locking the thimble plate, it should not be able to shake and it can be rotated easily.

Non-functional parts of the mold are chamfered and must not contain burrs.

Injection Molding

The molding body is dried and cleaned.

During the demolding process, the angle is 0.5° or more. The stripping angle of the skin pattern is at 3° or more.

Ejection force must be uniformed to avoid deformation or other deformation of the plastic parts.

Assembling and Bonding

We use a 20hz frequency for 9cm bait and 15hz for 15cm baits.After the ultrasound procedure, fishing baits are immersed in 70° water for 60 seconds.

Personnel is required to wear gloves and masks when handling lead weight.

Using an air gun, we clean the body of dust and use a facial cleanser to sanitize the surface.

Trimming and Processing

All pieces are trimmed smoothly without signs of lack or excessive glue.

Cut pieces must at least be controlled by ±0.2mm according to the general position control.

Bronzing paper with imported crown/vacuum plating is used for the hot stamping process.

Painting

RGB colorimeter tests are contacted to check on the color accuracy.

Gumfish products are baked in a 45-60° oven for 40-60 minutes

Iron plate paint temperatures should be at 120-150° and are baked for 40-60 minutes.

Sorting and Packaging

OQC inspections are conducted to check on the barcode scanning feasibility.

Visual checks on the packaging for defects such as stains or deformation.

Functional inspections on joint movement and completion of packaging content.
