Mold Design and Tooling
The design and fabrication of our lure molds demand meticulous attention to detail, particularly in maintaining precise dimensions. We ensure that the size tolerance is strictly within ±0.2mm of the specified general position size. The surfaces of our molds are polished to a flawless finish, devoid of any imperfections such as bumps or scratches. Manufacturing Process Monitoring
Our inspectors maintain a vigilant visual oversight throughout the production of our fishing lures, meticulously checking for any discrepancies such as color variations or paint drops during the spray painting process. To safeguard the integrity of critical production stages, we utilize cleanrooms where contaminants are strictly controlled, particularly during the application of paint to the fish baits. Flaw Removing Tests on Every Lure
Through conducting several tests on every lure, we manage quality consistency and ensure each lure is created equally.
Soft Baits Quality Check
Making sure no deformation, damage, or scratches are visible on the surface, the shape, color, and design is scanned by our quality assurance team. Hardness of the bait’s plastic parts is also tested on regular intervals, making sure that the deviation is well within the allowed amount of ±3%.
Hard Baits Quality Control
Materials are tested before production, guaranteeing each part matches our quality guidelines. After molding and assembly, the completed hard baits are subjected to several tests, including color testing, water immersion, and durability tests to review the bait’s performance.
Metal Baits Quality Control
From material testing and design review, the metal bait’s shape, color, and weight are examined based on established standards. Fish hook is secured to avoid damaging the bait and the user.
