Soft rubber is examined every four hours, testing the hardness based on approved benchmarks.
Density of Glitter
Glitter powder density, along with the deviation of distribution pattern and shape, is guaranteed not to exceed ±3% from the approved sample.
Color Check
Lures are subject to UV light along with samples and reviewed to make sure they match upper and lower color limits.
Size and Shape Check
Production models are compared to the approved sample, checking that they don’t exceed 5% from sample size.
Package Check
Packaging material is inspected to ensure no deformation, damage, scratches, or faded prints on the surface.
