Electroplated Coating Check
Inspectors determine if the surface roughness and coating thickness of our metal bait meet the requirement.
Weight Check
Each metal bait should not exceed ±2% of its total weight.
Painting Check
Visual inspection is done to determine that there are no color differences, paint drops, and other anomalies.
Color Deviation Check
Metal bait samples are placed under UV light to determine if the upper and lower color samples are within the accepted range.
Packaging Check
OQC inspectors check the barcode scanning feasibility, visual defects such as stains, and functional aspects of the packaging.
